REDWOOD CITY, Calif., September 15, 2026—Synack, the AI + human penetration testing platform for continuous security validation, today announced a new reporting experience on the Synack Platform, giving security teams and executives a faster, clearer path from verified findings to action.
At the center of the update is asset-level reporting, which lets teams generate reports scoped to a specific asset or subset of assets within an engagement, rather than only at the full-engagement level. Teams can also generate reports for assessments that returned zero findings; filter by a custom time range, individual test, severity or status; and add free-text context so each report reflects the story behind the data.
The update introduces an AI-generated executive summary that synthesizes findings so CISOs and board members can quickly understand exploitable risk and recommended action. A real-time preview lets teams see how a report will look as they build it. Finished reports can be saved as templates, shared through a portal view link or exported to PDF for distribution outside the platform.
