I’m sure I speak for everyone when I say that the events that have unfolded across the country since the death of George Floyd have led us to think about the state of our country and what we can do to help.
Synack has always believed in diversity and inclusion. We believe in the respect and security of every individual — regardless of their race, beliefs, religion or gender.
While I strongly support racial equality, I admit that this cause has not been at the forefront of my mind until now — and I pledge to do better. As a CEO, I pledge to make this conversation part of our culture so that Synack can be a force for positive change.
I would like to begin this effort by formally opening a dialog and learning how to best support the Black community within the Synack team and beyond. I want to hear your ideas on how we as a company and as individuals can learn and contribute, especially as it relates to our own industry.
